The Bait !!!!

I have been thinking quite a lot about this lately !!!!

when one does not get what one wants, what should one do ???

the obvious answer  is - move on . But easier said than done !

what makes you stay with that thing,
the very thought of having it with you,
owning it keeps lingering in your mind.

No matter how much you try, it persists....
and the more it persists, the more it hurts,
the more it pains, and your longing for it increases day by day,
you crave for it every second !!!

you try to persuade yourself, punish yourself,
hurt yourself, deny yourself...and haunts you !!!

is it love ? is it obsession ?
is it stupidity ? or is it determination ?
or mere suffering in the hands of the one you love ???
the one thing you like !?!?!?

What is it that makes a man conquer huge armies, overcome storms,
rule the animals, and yet, bow down.

are they emotions, are they realtions
or one's own hidden factions !!!

What is it ???

When u get what u want, but not what you need,
and your longing doesnt end !!!
grows without bounds,
consuming your each and every thought,
feeding on your emotions,
eating you day and night from within !!!

tell me.....what is it ???

tell me..... what should one do ???

20 Reasons Why I Love You!!

I can be myself when I am with you.

Your idea of romance is dimlights, softmusic, and just the two of us.

Because you make me feel like, like, like I have never felt before.

I can tell you anything, and you won't be shocked.

Your undying faith is what keeps the flame of love alive

You and me together, we make magic.

We're a perfect match.

Thinking of you, fills me with a wonderful feeling.

Your love gives me the feeling, that the best is still ahead.

You never give up on me, and that's what keeps me going.

You are simply irresistible

I love you because you bring the best out of me.

Your terrific sense of humor

Everytime I look at you, my heart misses a beat

You're the one who holds the key to my heart

You always say what I need to hear (You are perfect).

Love is, what you mean to me - and you mean everything.

You are my theme for a dream.

I have had the time of my life and I owe it all to you.

And, of-course, your intelligence, 'cause you were smart enough to fall in love with me!!

Let Go off the penny dear...

The following is a very meaningful story which is called "Let Go", and written by Dr. Billy Graham.

A little child was playing one day with a very valuable vase. He put his hand into it and could not withdraw it. His father too, tried his best, but all in vain. They were thinking of breaking the vase when the father said, "Now, my son, make one more try. Open your hand and hold your fingers out straight as you see me doing, and then pull."

To their astonishment the little fellow said, "O no, father. I couldn't put my fingers out like that, because if I did I would drop my penny."

Smile, if you will--but thousands of us are like that little boy, so busy holding on to the world's worthless penny that we cannot accept liberation. I beg you to drop the trifle in your heart. Surrender! Let go, and let God have His way in your life.

A Reality Check from Bill Gates

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they
did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good,
politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no
concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the
real world.

Read this to your kids:

Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will
expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You
won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your
Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it

Rule 6 : If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine
about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7 : Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they
are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your
clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were.
So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's
generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8 : Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but
life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and
they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer.
This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9 : Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off
and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF.
Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have
to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

when you admit there are times you fool yourself.

7. You are alive . . . .
when tomorrow's hope means more to you than yesterday's mistake.

8. You are growing . . . .
when you know what you are but not what you will become.

And at peace with who you really are.

Jise hum hain chahte woh bhi chahte hamein to kya baat hoti,
pane ka arman toh thaa, bina maange mil jaata toh kya baat hoti,
is dil main armaan thaeu kitne, woh jaan leta toh kya baat hoti,
humnain maanga tha unhe khuda se, woh bhi hamein maang leta toh kya baat hoti.....

Pyar koi khel nahin jismain jeet ya haar ho,
pyaar koi cheez bhi nahin jo hur waqt tayaar ho,
pyaar woh hai, jab pata ho kisi ne nahin aana,
phir bhi ussi ka intezaar ho....................................

"Love does not consist of gazing at each other,
but in looking together in the same direction"

Jiski jahlak mein karar bahut hai,
uska milna dushwar bahut hai,
jo mere haathon ki lakhiron mein nahi,
ussi shaks se humein pyaar bahut hai...

Mazaa toh humne intezaar mein dekha hai,
Chahat ka asar pyaar mein dekha hai,
Log dhundte hain mandir maszid mein jise,
Uss khuda ko humne apne yaar mein dekha hai...

Na thi jisko humare pyaar ki kadar,
ittefaq se ussi ko chah rahe thay hum,
ussi diye ne jalaaya humare haathon ko,
jisko hawa se bacha rahe thay hum...

Aaina humne tod diya iss khayal se,
shayad takdir badal jaayegi,
humein kya maaloom tha
ki har tukde mein wohi tasveer
nazar aayegi...

Inkaar ko ikraar kehte hain,
khamoshi ko izhaar kehte hain,
yeh duniya bhi pagal hai yaaron,
ek dhokha hai...jise pyaar kehte hain...

-: Its called MINDSET :-

As I was passing the elephants, I suddenly stopped,
confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages.

It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from the ropes they were tied to but for some reason, they did not.

I saw a trainer near by and asked why these beautiful, magnificent animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.

"Well," he said, "when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it's enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free."

I was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn't, they were stuck right where they were.

Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?

The way a typical indian talks...

A stranger was seated next to a little girl on the airplane when the stranger
turned to her and said, "Let's talk. I've heard that
Flights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger."

The little girl, who had just opened her book, closed it slowly and
said to the stranger, "What would you like to talk about?

"Oh, I don't know", said the stranger. "How about nuclear power?"

"OK," she said. "That could be an interesting topic. But let me ask you a question first.
A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat grass, the same stuff.
Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass. Why do you suppose that is?"

The stranger thinks about it and says, "Hmmm, I have no idea,"

To which the little girl replies,
"Do you really feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know shit?"
